The Beach House is a beautiful, well presented self catering holiday house situated in the heart of the ever popular Shanklin Esplanade. It boasts views of the English Channel and is a mere stone's throw from one of the Isle of Wight’s most popular beaches.
Mallards’ View is located in Shanklin Old Village. It is a beautiful two story holiday home. Being just a short stroll to the heart of the Old Village with its picturesque thatched cottage tea rooms, gift shops and pubs makes Mallards’ View a perfect setting for a holiday. Adjacent to the property is beautiful open park land and a quaint duck pond. With its cosy feel, Mallards’ View has been furnished with its tranquil surroundings in mind.
The Hideaway is a beautiful stone built cottage tucked away with a stunning view of the Chine, making it an ideal, quiet cosy retreat for couples.
Just returned from a fabulous Christmas break at the beach house. Nice sized house for 4 adults, good size double bedrooms and a single and the downstairs loo next to the ground floor double was a bonus. Comfortable sofa, well equipped kitchen and living area with freeview, apps to access Netflix if you have your own account as well as a few games and dvd's to use. We didn't expect it, but there were some really nice Christmas decorations and a trendy Christmas tree up in the lounge which was a nice touch and with all our presents under the tree it looked very homely!
We had a wonderful family holiday at The Beach House. We were only a few steps away from the beach and the children loved the fun activities along the esplanade.The house was beautifully clean with everything we needed. We will definitely be returning in the warmer weather. A big thank you to the hosts. The welcome chocolates were a lovely touch.
We went in January so it was peaceful and quiet but with a beautiful view out to the beach. First floor lounge ideal for sitting and relaxing and watching the world go by after a long walk. The house itself is tucked away from the main prom, quiet and peaceful, yet just 100m from the beach. We had a great time (2 adults and 2 kids).
My family & I enjoyed our short break at the Beach House. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was brilliant and it was nice to have sea views. The owners responded very quickly and instructions and information was very good. We hope to be back next year for a longer stay.
Ideal location right on the beach. Easy to find and within walking distance of local shops. A great relaxed location for touring the Isle of Wight.
We Have just had a great stay , the property had everything you could hope for and the location was great , would love to go back next year.The owners were most helpful before we went there as well A well deserved 5 stars all round
